Please email us at email@example.com within 5 working days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
In order to be eligible for a refund, we must have agreed to the return via email and goods must be returned at your own cost and within 14 days of agreement.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been taken out of their packaging, worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
It is not possible to return earrings, skincare or sales items.
All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post.
You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Bits of Australia will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Refunds are not processed until goods are received by Bits of Australia. Agreed credits or refunds will be processed less the cost of postage from the original order & any gift wrapping costs we have incurred.
If products you have ordered are returned to Bits of Australia via Australia Post as uncollected, we will contact you and refund the cost of your products less the postage costs we have incurred and any gift wrapping service costs.
