At Bits of Australia all of our products are in stock and held in our showroom in Balmain, NSW 2041. We attempt to dispatch all orders received by 12.00pm AEST the same business day.

This delivery option is not able to delivery to PO Boxes, Locked Bags 

Delivery timescales for metro areas are generally 2-5 business days and 3 - 10 business days for remote locations. Timescales may also vary during peak periods or factors outside of Bits of Australia and the couriers control such as weather, customs inspections and other international disruptions.

All deliveries have tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery and contact the DHL Express to discuss any delays.

The delivery rates include duties and taxes that may be payable in the country you are sending to.

This means that the recipient won't receive any embarrassing requests to pay a bill before the parcel is delivered so you can have peace of mind that you are sending a lovely Australian gift without unexpected surprises.

Each country has their own rules and guidelines regarding prohibited items and import restrictions. We still recommend you check postage regulations and customs information prior to placing your order as we cannot be held responsible for any delayed delivery or issues due to circumstances beyond our control such as Customs restrictions, incorrect address given, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

We have set flat rates by destination based on the value of your order.

We are always monitoring what services are available to provide our customers with affordable, reliable and efficient services. The options we provide are based on this constant review and we do not make any profit on the the postage costs charged to you it is simply the costs we incur in getting the parcel delivered to you via the different methods.

If you are unsure what delivery option you need let us help you before you place your order. Once your order has been sent it is dependent on the courier & postal service which we can't control. Use the tracking information we provide you to monitor the progress of your order and contact the courier company if your order hasn't been delivered within the estimated delivery timescale. If you have contacted the courier company (they will always give you an escalation reference number) and you are still having problems please let us know and provide us with your order number and the courier escalation number so we can investigate further.

Gift Wrapping Options

We have two gift service options to choose from

1) Individual product gift wrapping - add the products to your shopping cart that you would like to have gift wrapped and then go to this gift wrap page. Each item is individually gift wrapped for $4.50 with a gift message printed on a gift tag. 

or

2) Build your own gift box - Add the products to your shopping cart that you would like to include in your gift box and then go to "Create Your Own Gift Package" page to customise the gift box information. 

If you are giving more than 1 item to the same person and don't want them to be wrapped individually please select the "build your own gift box" option.
