The 30cm x 30cm canvas is an authentic Indigenous artwork from Central Australia and has been stretched and is ready to hang on your wall.

This artwork is titled Lukarrara Jukurrpa, meaning Desert Fringe-rush Seed Dreaming. It was painted by First Nations Artist Valentine Nakamarra White.

The Jukurrpa (Dreaming) depicted here belongs to the women of the Nakamarra and Napurrurla subsections like Valentine, who has the Nakamarra skin name. It is associated with a place called Jaralypari, north of Yuendumu where Valentine creates her artwork. Traditional symbols are used in her paintings such as the large concentric circles which represent the Jaralypari site while the 'U' shapes represent the women who collect the bush tucker, the desert fringe-rush seeds.

This pre-stretched original Aboriginal artwork makes a unique Australian gift for birthdays, Christmas, weddings and other special occasions.

Take it home as a unique souvenir from Australia!
