This is print is by Melanie Hava. Melanie was brought up with a diverse culture. Her father comes from Enns the oldest city in Austria and her Mother from one of the oldest cultures on earth, the Aboriginal people of Australia.

Her work is influenced by her diverse cultural background and her experiences in the outback, rainforest and reef country. She is a Mamu Aboriginal woman, with Dugul-barra and Wari-barra family groups from the North Johnstone River Catchment of the wet tropics of the Far North Queensland and the adjoining Great Barrier Reef.
