Yes – every Bits of Australia parcel is sent with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number in our Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Sometimes our emails land in your spam or junk folder. Have a quick look there first. To stop it happening again, mark the email as Not Spam or add us to your safe senders list.

By default, we send parcels with signature required to help keep your order safe. If you prefer the parcel to be left without a signature, you can request this during checkout – but please read the next FAQ.

Yes – if you'd like your parcel left somewhere safe, just leave instructions in the message box at checkout.

Please note: When authority to leave has been given, Bits of Australia and our couriers can't accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or stolen after delivery is marked as completed.

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. If an incorrect address is given or the parcel is returned to sender (e.g. uncollected from the post office), we can't be held responsible.
