Glorine is the daughter of Samson Japaljarri Martin, one of the founding members of Warlukurlangu Artists, and Uni Nampijinpa Martin, also a renowned artist. She is the older sister of Andrea Nungarrayi Martin a renowned artists and Warlukurlangu worker. Glorine grew up at Wakurlpa Outstation, north-west of Yuendumu.
This painting is titled Karnta Jukurrpa (Womens Dreaming) and depicts Nakamarra and Napurrurla women hunting for bush foods.
