Established in 1985 Warlukurlangu Artists Aboriginal Corporation is a not-for-profit organisation that is 100% Aboriginal-owned by its artists from the remote desert communities of Yuendumu and Nyirripi in Central Australia.

Teddy Jakamarra Gibson was born in the late 60's in Yuendumu, a remote Aboriginal community located 290km north-west of Alice Springs. Teddy has been painting with Walukurlangu Artists Aboriginal Corporation, an Aboriginal owned art centre located in Yuendumu, since 2006.
