Orders received by 11am Monday to Friday are sent out same day. Orders received after 11am or on weekends will be sent out the next business day.

Bits of Australia is based in Sydney so the order cut off time is 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time(AEST).

That just depends on where you are located and whether you select standard post or one of our express delivery options.

The different delivery options appear at checkout once you enter the shipping address.

When your order has been sent we email you a "Shipping Confirmation".

This contains a link to an order update page. It is likely you will also receive updates from the shipping provider with progress.

Place your order through the website and at checkout select "Click and Collect".
