Do you deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?

Sure do — anywhere Australia Post delivers, we do too.

Do all orders come with tracking?

Yes – every Bits of Australia parcel is sent with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number in our Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

I haven’t received my Shipping Confirmation – what should I do?

Sometimes our emails land in your spam or junk folder. Have a quick look there first. To stop it happening again, mark the email as Not Spam or add us to your safe senders list.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

By default, we send parcels with signature required to help keep your order safe. If you prefer the parcel to be left without a signature, you can request this during checkout – but please read the next FAQ.

Can I request Authority to Leave (no signature)?

Yes – if you'd like your parcel left somewhere safe, just leave instructions in the message box at checkout.Please note: When authority to leave has been given, Bits of Australia and our couriers can't accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or stolen after delivery is marked as completed.

Why is it important to enter the right address?

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. If an incorrect address is given or the parcel is returned to sender (e.g. uncollected from the post office), we can't be held responsible.

What if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?

Use the tracking link we provide to monitor your order’s journey. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact the courier directly and request an escalation or reference number.Still stuck? Send us your order number and we’ll help follow it up from our end.
