Delvine was born in 1982 is from Alhalkere , Utopia Region, North East of Alice Springs. She predominantly paints the dreamtime story of the Atnwelarre (Pencil Yam). The dreamtime of the Atnwelarre was passed down to her from her father's country, Alhalkere and although this is the only Dreaming that she actually paints. Delvine also owns other Dreamtime stories belonging to Alhalkere country.
Delvine's paintings incorporate beautiful colours and brushwork inspired by her two older sisters, renowned artists Anna Price and Joy Petyarre. Delvine grew up in Utopia, and currently lives in Alice Springs with her daughter and sisters.
Made in Australia, royalties from this product go back to the artist and community.
