Orders received by 11am Monday to Friday are sent out same day. Orders received after 11am or on weekends will be sent out the next business day.

Bits of Australia is based in Sydney so the order cut off time is 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time(AEST).

That just depends on where you are located and whether you select standard post or one of our express delivery options.

The different delivery options appear at checkout once you enter the shipping address.

When your order has been sent we email you a "Shipping Confirmation".

This contains a link to an order update page. It is likely you will also receive updates from the shipping provider with progress.

If you need further information about the status of your order, the order update page contains the tracking number and courier name so you can get detailed updates directly from the courier.

It is possible to collect your order at the Bits of Australia shop located at 51 Darling St, Balmain East.

Place your order through the website and at checkout select "Click and Collect".

You will receive an email letting you know as soon as your order is ready to collect. It is normally within 4 business hours.
