Elsie Napanangka Granites has been painting with the Warlukurlangu Art Centre in Yuendumu since 1987. Mina Mina, the Jukurrpa (Dreaming) and title of this painting is an extremely important ceremonial site for Napangardi and Napanangka women that is located approximately 600kms west of Yuendumu. Yuendumu is in the Central Desert of Australia and is located 290km north west from Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. 

The beautiful artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity stamped and signed from Warlukurlangu Artists. We work directly with the art centre so you can feel confident in the artwork provenance and that you have ethically purchased an incredible artwork.

Established in 1985 Warlukurlangu is a not-for-profit organisation that is 100% Aboriginal-owned by its artists from the remote desert communities of Yuendumu and Nyirripi in Central Australia. Warlukurlangu Artists is famous for its gloriously colourful acrylic paintings. The art centre has a national and international profile and its art has been featured in hundreds of exhibitions and publications in Australia and around the world.
