The perfect Australian gourmet food gift for anyone that loves to cook.

This beautiful reusable stoneware jar contains Australian award winning salt flakes that have been smoked on red gum for 72hrs. The aroma of a true Australian outback camp fire.

Made by Olsson's Salt, it is the oldest family owned and operated sea salt maker in Australia. The Olsson family have been making solar sea salt since the 1950s.

Through the process called 'solar evaporation' using only the sun and wind, Olsson's sea salt flakes are sourced from two of the world's most pristine oceans - The Great Barrier Reef in Queensland and The Great Australian Bight in South Australia.
