Lemon Myrtle is one of the most versatile Australian native herbs and spices. The trees are native to rainforests, mostly in Queensland, Australia. 

It has a lovely Lemon, Lime and Lemongrass aroma and flavour. Why not use this at home when entertaining international visitors or testing out flavours as you develop your Masterchef skills?!

It works beautifully with baked fish or other seafood dishes. Can be used in Asian stir fries, soups, cheesecake recipes and pancake batter. Infuse it in vinegar and olive oil or use it to 'lift' a green tea or iced tea. Given all it can be used for it makes a great Australian bush tucker gift.
